I'm so glad you're interested in booking with me! Before your first appointment, I ask every new client to complete a quick verification step. After you submit a booking request, I'll message you with instructions to send a photo of a government-issued ID. The name on your ID should match the name on your booking. Your information is kept private, used only for verification, and securely deleted after your appointment. Appointments aren't confirmed until verification is complete, and appointment requests that aren't verified within 24 hours may be released. I reserve the right to decline any booking request.

Before booking, please make sure you've selected everything you need, including foreign removals and your nail art tier add-on. Booking incomplete services may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation. Not sure which nail art tier fits your vision? Reach out before booking and/or send me an inspo photo — I'm happy to help you figure it out!

24-hour Cancelation Policy. Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. I charge 50% of the service total for late cancellations, and the full amount for no-shows. Please arrive on time — there is a 15-minute grace period, after which your appointment will be canceled and the cancellation fee applied. Repeated late arrivals, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business!

Coming to me with nail enhancements or product from another salon? This service covers the safe removal and prep of your natural nails before your new set. Please note that removal time may vary depending on the product used and the condition of your nails. If your current set was originally applied at Prettyboi Nails, removal is included with your services at no extra charge.
